Ever since I saw the Hobbit last winter, I knew I wanted to do a sketch of this scene. Finally found myself with some time when I went to Missouri  a couple of weeks ago, so I sketched this up.

Continuing my Hobbit-themed warmup sketches with Thorin Oakenshield, Son of Thráin, Son of Thrór, King Under The Mountain. This guy took about 1.5 hours. A little longer than I was aiming for, but not bad.
